How Deckhive is changing

We’re pleased to be introducing some major improvements in the next few weeks.

There will soon be some significant changes to the way the Deckhive platform works. Here’s a run-down of what you can expect.

A choice of subscriptions

One of the main changes will be around how you pay to use Deckhive. Going forward, you will be able to choose between 3 subscription plans: Free, Starter and Unlimited.

Access to all decks

With the paid subscription plans, you will get access to ALL the card decks in our library. You won’t need to buy decks individually, so you’ll have complete freedom to use the right deck for the situation and be creative in how you use the platform.

Users on any of our paid plans will also be able to create their own card decks and share them privately with other paying users.

With our Free plan, you will be limited to using the Starter Decks from our library.

Sessions not guests

We’re removing the need for Guest Passes so you’ll be able to invite as many people as you wish to each session, without having to worry about the cost.

The Free and Starter plans will allow you to run up to 5 sessions per month, while the Unlimited plan will give you the freedom to start as many sessions as you like.

Easier ways to join sessions

Until now, when you’ve invited people to join your Deckhive session, they’ve had to enter their email address to gain entry. Although that can be useful when you want security, we recognise that it can sometimes be an unnecessary barrier.

Along with a few other improvements, we’ll be making it quicker and easier to get people into sessions so that you can focus on the important stuff.

We hope that these changes will make Deckhive even more useful and cost-effective for you going forward. Let us know what you think!

By the way, we’ll be hosting a webinar to talk through these changes on Tues 8 June. You can sign up here if you’d like to join us.
